Skillshare charged me $99 for a yearly memebership when my three month 99 cent trial expired. I informed them a few days prior on their online page that I did not want it renewed. Technically they charged me a product without real authorization at the time of payment. IT IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF AN INTENTIONALLY SCAMFUL BUSINESS MODEL.I would like information on where I can continue my claim. The only answer I get is:

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $99.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Lies and literal money theft, Company policies and greed for membership money.
