I did sign up for the free trial, but quickly realized the classes being offered were sub-par or did not fit my needs. I tried to cancel and got an error page.
A few days later I did cancel my trial and I remember being asked questions about the reason for cancellation and all that. Now today (3 months later) my bank account is jacked because of a $99 charge from this company. I went to their site and their is absolutely NO contact button for this company. I can't see that their is ANY customer service whatsoever listed for this company.
After searching some of their faq's I found a little paragraph that says no refunds. This is absolute ***! Finally I just logged in to my bank account clicked on the charged and disputed it with my bank. I don't know if that will help but I cannot afford not to try.
As far as I can see once this company gets a hold of your credit card you WILL GET CHARGED EVEN IF YOU CANCEL. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER.
